Dash Lilley was sick of tasting poor excuses for dealcoholized wines, so he decided to make his own. Be the change you want to see, etc. But it was no mean feat – he and his team spent infinity hours sourcing ingredients and trying them out in different combinations and quantities. In his words, he refused to produce anything he wasn’t proud of. They enlisted the help of Henrietta from The Rare Tea Co., to bring them the best teas and botanicals money could buy, and it sure paid off. The resulting wines are a credit to all their experimenting.
