to go back to. Online makes it available anywhere and everywhere, even
when you are on holiday!

The discoveries are self generated. The learning is then your own. This leads to further self generated learning.
4. Self regulation
The attention to sensation brings us to a calmer state, but also a more confident place because balance and stability get better.
