Social Democratic Party leader William Clouston said that Sunak “doesn’t feel able to call out Islamist extremism alone without uttering a false equivalence with [the] ‘far right’” because he is “weak.”
That’s true, and it goes back way before Sunak. The UK has been trying to scrounge up a threat from the “far right” to serve as an equivalent to the jihad threat for years, so as to appease Muslim groups who took umbrage at the fact that all counterterror efforts were directed against Muslims. That was because the jihad terror threat was indeed a threat coming from Muslims, but the UK authorities weren’t prepared to admit that, so they set out to pretend both that the jihadis had nothing to do with Islam and that the “far right” was just as dangerous.
This is why Pamela Geller and I were banned from the country. We’ve never called for or condoned any violence or illegality, but former UK Prime Minister Theresa May nonetheless boasted about having barred us from the country and equated us with two actual terrorists, Abu Hamza and Abu Qatada. No one even remembers that in Britain now, but the weak placeholder Sunak is just picking up the same line of appeasement and moral equivalence and giving it an update.
“UK Prime Minister Delivers Weak Speech Equating Islamists with ‘Far Right,’” by Ellen Kryger Fantini, European Conservative,
“There must be leadership, not pandering or appeasement,” said PM Sunak at the end of a speech on Friday in which he summed up his inability to lead by pandering to the Left and appeasing the forces of increased division.
The prime minister chose to speak following the election of George Galloway as member of parliament for Rochdale, a victory Sunak described as “beyond alarming.”
Galloway claimed to represent Palestine at the polls, at the expense of his former Labour Party colleagues who slowly withdrew support from Azhar Ali, their official candidate, after hearing a recording of his antisemitic comments. While ‘Gorgeous’—now renamed ‘Gaza’—George chased the Muslim vote successfully in Rochdale, it also expressed the wider electorate’s lack of belief in the Labour-Conservative duopoly.
In his speech, Sunak lamented that since the October 7th attack on Israeli citizens by Hamas terrorists, Britain has “seen a shocking increase in extremist disruption and criminality.” He said that the subsequent conflict has been used “to advance a divisive, hateful ideological agenda” in the UK, alluding to—while avoiding naming, until late into the speech—pro-Palestine protests.
Following months of MPs being threatened by Islamist extremists—prompting chaotic-looking changes to parliamentary procedure—in a shameful yet predictable untruth, the PM chose to equate Islamists “spreading a poison” with the “far-right,” in a bogus quest for balance.
“Which ‘far-right groups’?” asked writer Paul Embery, adding: “The British far-right has never been more impotent. What is he going on about?” Social Democratic Party leader William Clouston noted that Sunak would recognise the truth in Embery’s observations, but “doesn’t feel able to call out Islamist extremism alone without uttering a false equivalence with [the] ‘far right’” because he is “weak.”
While reports may show increasing abusive behavior towards British Muslims—coinciding with the Hamas pogrom against Israel—it is clearly not the same as the spike in Jew-hatred/antisemitism, flowing in the opposite direction from Islamists.

In another story, contrasting the two: “Girl, 10, sent home after turning up to school in niqab”
‘(ANSA) – ROME, MAR 4 – A 10-year-old second-generation North African-Italian girl was sent home from school in the northern city of Pordenone Friday after turning up in a niqab, the Islamic garment that covers everything but female eyes, local media reported Monday. The girl returned the next day without the extremely veiled dress, il Messaggero Veneto reported. The teacher told her that she had to uncover her face in order to attend classes. The anti-migrant League party said the incident was “unacceptable” and recalled that the niqab had been banned in public places in France and Belgium and even Egypt had banned it at school. “One thing is religious freedom, another is religious fundamentalism imposed on innocent children,” said the League chief in the surrounding Friuli region,Marco Dreosto. He said Italy, too, should ban the Islamic veil in public “after this and other recent cases”. (ANSA).”

Israel is the only issue she has been good on. Every RINO has a trump card (pun not intended): McConnell had his great management of the confirmation of judges, Haley had/has a great Israel policy, and most of the RINOs are good about Taiwan, although some of them resist taking on Beijing
Sunak equated “islamists” w/ the “far-right”, while Haley called George Floyd’s death an event that should be made “personal and painful for every American”. Essentially, she gave an implicit approval to the BLM rioting that took place in 2020 in response to that. In that manner, both Haley and Sunak like virtue-signaling their disdain for Whites when they think it’ll win them brownie points w/ the multicultural crowds in both countries

It was only the other day Keir Starmer blasted Tommy Robinson in parliament calling him a right wing thug. Of course Rishi Sunak was in full agreement with him which was most unusual, as they are usually at each others throats.

Both unelected Sunak and lost by vote percentage Trudeau love that far right slur. Starmer is no prize. It’s all they have. I haven’t yet heard an apology for the broadcast lie that Robinson firebombed police.

Ayatollah khoimeini once famously said that “there are no Jokes” in islam yet nowhere in holey kooran or any hadith does it say that.Nowhere in the Bible {which allah actually recommends to consult in koran 10:94} does it ban satire.
This isn’t a Joke as such but it is kinda funny..
muslims think allah is God but the koran’s errors PROVE the author is not omniscient.muslims think allah and islam will take over the world but it is ALREADY owned by the Biblical God who just happens to be..the God of Israel which is why islam can never win against Israel{it is not because of Israelis or Zionism but because of who actually owns Israel}Jews and Christians should get that:muslims won’t
Jihadists {Prolific Darwin award winners}blow themselves up on behalf of allah who apparently has TWO right hands and One Leg.
Since allah cannot get his own anatomy right ,how do Jihadists know allah will resurrect them with those essential body parts in the right place to enjoy all those Houris/Raisins{i believe it depends on the translation }
muslims/islam is on the WRONG side of Biblical Prophecy:they just don’t know it.
They think they are winning but allah is NOT the Biblical God{who happens to be the God of Israel}
Biblical Prophecies are about Israel.
If muslims followed allah’s advice in koran 10:94 and used some critical thinking they would see how wrong islam is.
smart people/Critical thinkers LEAVE islam
ignorant/Un critical thinkers JOIN islam

If am not wrong Islamic leaders in Iran recently found it necessary to repeat that Islam is no joke thus confirming in a way that it is!
When it comes to the Bible it is not read for its contents of humour as it has so much more to offer.
Most people expect to find no humour when they read the Bible.
But that is wrong. Some may argue that the only thing which makes man unique compared to the rest of creation is his sense of humour!
Maybe that was why God declared that it was VERY GOOD when He had created many! Humour is a vital part of being human!
Try to read the John chapter 9 with open eyes receptive to find humour.
It plays out as an old “slow burn” silent movie with Laurel and Hardy: From the very beginning it is humourous as the disciples ask Jesus the stupid question whether the blind man was born blind because of his sin?
Later, after having received his eyesight from Jesus the man born blind is bullied around forcing him to reflect on his miracle with the result that he is thrown out of the synagogue just as his parents had feared.
I read it as a hilarious narrative which may have been passed around verbally in the early church but its purpose is not to entertain but to set the stage for tears of joy when the man born blind finally recognises his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ!
The man born blind ends up seeing what the rabbis in the synagogue couldn’t see! The blind can see while the seeing remain willfully blind!
There is humourous satire in the Bible as well, but that must be for some other time.

Well said, FYI. As Mossad Yousef (Son of Hamas) pointed out, there were no prophesies from Islam’s prophet, Mohammad

Well, if you think about it clearly both Christians and Muhammadans insist that their laws must prevail. Both to some degree insist the state must be institutionalized religion. In the Muhammadan case the state and religion are one. With Christians the state must make laws that support religions proscriptions. Muhammadans and Christians are both out there on the right. With the former it is part of their religious dogma. With Christians it’s simply the usual plaint “There ought to be a law” and a love of building laws.
Fortunately there is a difference to which one may point. But you must invent a new political axis. Left and right are inadequate. How about one axis that is religion solves all problems vs rationality solves all problems. The second axis is “government is everything” and the other is (God given if you will) “Liberty and human rights” are everything. Well, logically that other end should be “no government is good government.”
Now I see a difference between US Christians and Muhammadans. US Christians believe in human liberty and freedom. Muhammadans emphatically are in a corner of the graph with religion is everything and (four letter word) any concept of human liberty. Seems Communists/Marxists/Socialists live up in that Muhammadan dominated corner. The ideology is the religion and all other religions are poop. You can easily plot Ayn Rand on another corner with a touching faith that a state of “no government” is survivable because rationality will solve everything. And so forth. Now, can you place yourself on this two axis graph? Where do you fit compared to what you know about your candidates for office, your government, and indeed your daily life. And do you still think “there ought to be a law” is a good idea? And remember any hing of “different laws for me than thee” puts you in unsavory company.
Yes, Christianity (usually) is quite distinguishable from Muhammadanism; but, it has its excesses such as “promise keepers”, for example. (Or how about that Baptist sect who enjoyed disrupting funerals for servicemen killed overseas?)

Sunak made a huge drama out of this, making an emergency statement at a podium outside 10 Downing Street, with everyone wondering what this great announcement could be. A few minutes in, and it was clear that it was a giant Nothing Burger. The extreme conservative Religious government, which Islam is their government even in other countries, is not liberal, is not progressive is not leftist as we traditionally define left. It is far far right. You cant get any more farther right than Islam. I cannot even co-exist with diversity. Any free diverse country that allow it will fail as they grow in numbers, get in education, politics, foreign affairs……Forget it. It cannot co exist in a free country and no Supremacist anything can. Fools allow it in free countries of diversities. Supremacy kills diversity.

An interesting article on the subject Just a paragraph or two
“He noted how protest on our streets has “descended into intimidation, threats and planned acts of violence … Now our democracy itself is a target. Council meetings have been stormed. MPs do not feel safe in their homes. Long-standing Parliamentary conventions have been upended because of safety concerns. And it is beyond alarming that the Rochdale by-election returned a candidate … who dismisses the horror of what happened on Oct 7, who glorifies Hezbollah.”
“I mean, who could possibly have warned the PM that allowing flagrant displays of anti-Semitism and pro-Hamas slogans to go unchecked on the streets of our capital would end badly? Why, there was Suella Braverman whom Rishi Sunak sacked as home secretary last November after she insisted that the police needed to take a harder line against the Islamists who hate our way of life. An argument that Sunak himself finally made to a meeting of Met officers, four months too late, when he claimed that “mob rule” was breaking out in Britain.
…..Praying it will all blow over, the Government’s solution is to come up with a new definition of extremism by next week to encompass any group or individual that promotes an “ideology that undermines the rights or freedoms of others”. Anything, it would seem, to avoid admitting that multiculturalism has been a disaster for the UK.”

“Organisations such as the Muslim Council of Britain and Palestine Action are among those that could be affected. But some Conservatives fear the net will be thrown wider to ensnare gender-critical feminists or Christians opposed to gay marriage.
The obvious danger is that, in failing to address head-on the threat posed by Islamism, the Government will end up targeting legitimate differences of opinion in order to avoid charges of “racism” or Islamophobia.”
