CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations submitted in writing to info@ail2024.com no later than 15th March 2024 will receive a full refund of the registration fee, minus €60 for administration costs.

Cancellations submitted in writing to info@ail2024.com between 1st and 30th April 2024 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee, minus €100 for administration costs.
No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 30th April 2024.
Refund requests due to overpayment or double payment must include a valid proof of overpayment or double payment and must be made in writing and submitted no later than one month after congress closure.
Refunds will not be made for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
Certificate of participation: Certificate of participation will be made available digitally after congress closure.
