    This is the fourth book in this impressive series, and this is Sinclair and Lavender’s story.
    When Lavender’s ex is trying to steal her company, she heads to her family’s lake house to relax and regroup, only to find stranger there, who are the new owners. Sinclair is a grump, but there is an instant attraction between him and Lavender.
    This is a well written story which is a slow burn, east and quick read, with family, friendships, emotions, challenges, humor, witty banter, tension, healing, and love, which leads to a sweet, entertaining, and spicy, quirky small town romance novella.
    I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

    I typically like this author, but this book and a couple of others have no real story or character development. Maybe she should try to slow down, not rely on ‘text’ messages to fill space, and develop her stories and characters beyond their looks.
