AirGarage Raises $23m to Modernize Parking Real Estate

Partners Include Hines, Greystar, and Meta

- San Francisco, California, USA

Parking management company AirGarage today announced it has raised $23 million in Series B funding led by Headline Growth, with participation from existing investors and customers. The funding will accelerate the company's mission to bring real estate online through its vertically integrated operating system for parking facilities.

Since its Series A funding round, AirGarage has grown over 10x and now manages more than 300 parking facilities across 38 states. "We've built a unified technology stack that automates operations, provides real-time data visibility, and delivers revenue increases of 20-50% or more for our partners."

AirGarage's platform replaces outdated parking infrastructure with a smart parking solution that offers:

  • Automated payment processing and dynamic pricing
  • License plate recognition and enforcement technology
  • Real-time analytics and reporting
  • Integrated software eliminating the need for multiple vendors

Leading real estate companies including Hines and Greystar, as well as technology companies like Meta, have partnered with AirGarage to optimize their parking assets. The platform's success stems from its ability to transform parking from a cost center into a data-driven revenue generator.

"AirGarage represents the future of real estate asset management," said Trevor Neff, Partner at Headline Growth. "Their vertically integrated approach and strong financial performance demonstrate how technology can unlock value in traditional industries."

Founded in 2017, AirGarage initially solved parking challenges at Arizona State University before expanding to serve institutional real estate owners. The company's full-stack approach contrasts with traditional operators who rely on fragmented systems from multiple vendors, resulting in operational inefficiencies and lack of data visibility.

The Series B funding will support AirGarage's continued expansion and technology development as the company works toward its broader vision of bringing all real estate online.

About AirGarage

Our mission is to bring real estate online.

We're redefining how the 30% of downtown real estate dedicated to parking operates. By harnessing technology, we're eliminating the inefficiencies of manual management while helping property owners unlock the full value of their underutilized spaces.

AirGarage was founded in 2017 when Chelsea, Scott, and Jonathon set out to solve a simple problem—finding affordable student parking.

What we uncovered was something much bigger: an industry trapped in the past. Our first partners revealed just how broken the system was—malfunctioning gate arms, ticket machines constantly failing, attendants skimming cash, and no data insights to improve operations.

This real estate was stuck in the dark ages. We knew there was a better way. So we built it—a fully online, automated system designed for the modern world.
