In my opinion it’s not related to retaliations with China. It’s mostly connected with Russian gas and as mentioned by Alexander, closing Nuclear plants didn’t help. It’s all caused by energy security which is required for investments and manufacturing. Why would you invest somewhere if there is no energy security and you are not sure about energy prices which are highly connected to manufacturing. I described it all in my posts before. All what happened with Russia will cause damage to the whole Europe but I would like to point out that the main damage that it caused is to… Read more »

I could reply, ‘It’s foremost about self-sufficiency”

US GDP is mostly contrived of financial dealings, one pocket to another pocket, no large scale manufacturing. So no jobs, no money, no economy. What we see is America is seeking to use Europe as their colony. From industrialism to rentier-ism. Germany is contraction since the founding of the ECB with the euro. No EU member had seen real GDP growth since joining the euro. Germany had advantage of an extra GDP of Russian gas surplus they could sell in the internal EU market.

Ye and they tried to make Europe reliant on that gas and force them to buy it by overregulating other sources of energy via the Green agenda. Which gave Germany all that power and control over Europe and that power was based on that gas and it threatened US dominance in the West and that’s why we got into a conflict in Ukraine to get rid of that gas and remove Germany control over Europe and remove Germany’s threat to US dominance in the West.

Yes, and high GDP signifies theft and slavery – poverty in a word.

In the picture above, Olaf really does resemble a sulky liver sausage. Now I know where that came from.

Don’t be intimidated my German friends: Chancellor Olaf Shulz’s look of disapproval etched on his face with exaggeratedly upturned mouth, although genuine and in this one case pure, is only disapproval of himself and his friends in politics.

Olaf Sholz’s Two very different eyes: The left eye is the disapproving and disinterested one for those that greet him. His right eye is the alert one looking for signs of a knife in the back, and a signal from the puppet master.

No problemo. Just a matter of time, and foolishness. Fantastic news on the economy, thanks. This will enrichen the real value of our massive holdings. Small business will contract, facing higher commodity prices, less custom and yet face its annual business overheads. Primarily the poor will suffer with high food prices, loss of work. We’ll keep house prices high , and profit from that by continuing to buy up property for ‘development’ (high rental , offset and maintained through government taxes as aid for the poor), and so profit from that too, whist the middle class huddle over a can… Read more »

We taught your agricultural minister to say ” I don’t think agriculture is that important, it contributes little to the economy in terms of GDP’ That’s right. The price of your houses does, as they change hands, and the inflated prices of all produced goods as a result. Not agricultural goods, Until we give the go ahead, like recently. Pornogrpahy and trash plastic, re-sold crap sweat shop trainers and t-shirts with adidas written on it, for you is more of a contender to GDP than agricultural produce from home (self-sufficiency). Buy you apples in Kent from our plantations abroad, across… Read more »

Germany had become the model of a “Social Democratic” system of industrial social economics especially after the fall of the wall.

That (Social Democracy) is (was) a big part of the reason Germany ascended to become a preeminent, powerful global industrial giant. Of course The Transatlantic powers (5 eyes) can’t tolerate such progress, just as Bernie Sander’s campaign had to be scuttled.
